Problem:
Free non emulsified oils from sour water and other water & oil streams can cause serieus problems in the plant water treatment system, resulting into high cost for downstream treatment.

Solution:
KD International BV introduced a new type of water treatment system for removing free non emulsified oils & settable solids from sour water. This water treatment process utilizes our coalescing media to capture the residual oil in the water, it is capable to remove efficient free non emulsified oil, also in larger quantities from the water. Additional treatment systems are available for polishing this water.
